Our client is a leading service provider within their field, who operate in Saffron Walden.

We have been assigned to recruit, on their behalf, a talented, enthusiastic and experienced Branch Manager who can offer creative flair, operational excellence, and commercial acumen and is committed to providing exceptional levels of customer service.

This is a challenging role that will require you to oversee and ensure the smooth running of the operations of the branch.

Reporting directly to the Area Manager, the Branch Manager will be responsible for Intermediate financial management, branch compliance, HR regulatory concerns and also managing current and recruiting new staff.

The Branch Manager we are looking to recruit will ideally come from a customer service background, have good people skills, be highly organised and have a passion for providing excellent customer service.

The chosen candidate can expect full company training and a very competitive annual salary of £38,000 plus benefits and 25 days holiday.
