Branch Manager - Recruitment
Salary: £33,000 - £40,000
OTE: Uncapped Bonus

Our client is an established high street recruitment company based in West Yorkshire. They concentrate on Industrial, manufacturing and generalist roles and place temp and perm candidates. They have small, friendly teams who all have good, local experience.
Due to internal movement, they are looking for a Branch Manager for their Bradford operation. The branch has been established for over 10 years and has a good base of local clients. They are looking for an inspirational manager who can lead, develop and motivate the team. They are focused on customer services and always aim to give clients and customers the best possible service.
As the manager, you will be tasked with team motivation, leading by example, recruiting new team members, training staff, coaching, developing and ensuring the team drive sales, service clients and deliver agreements. This is going to be a very busy, hands-on role.
You will take control of your own P&L and ensure the branch is in shape to deliver the budgets set. The role will report into the Managing Director who will be there to guide and support you.
In return, you will receive a competitive basic salary and package and can work with autonomy.
This role will suit a Branch Manager who is looking to move to an autonomous environment within a forward thinking, growing company or a sales focused Senior Consultant who is looking at taking their first step into a Managerial role.
