A market-leading supplier is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join their Milton Keynes North branch. You will be responsible for the management of staff whilst ensuring the branch is running at its most efficient.

Your main responsibilities will include:
•Responsible for all operational aspects from distribution operations to administration and sales
•Identify current and prospective sales opportunities and develop business plans
•Manage the budget
•Managing branch personnel, including training and development
•Liaise with other branches and headquarters on business opportunities and needs
•Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
•Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
•Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience
•Previous branch management experience
•Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
•Trade experience
•Results driven and customer focused
•Leadership and human resources management skills
•A full UK driving license is essential for this position
