MRB Health & Social Care Recruitment have an excellent opportunity for a Branch Manager based in Oldham, Greater Manchester. Our client is a national organisation with a specialist division, which provides nurse led support to adults and children to enable them to live more of an independent life at home. Packages are tailored to each individual, supporting a range of health needs such as brain injuries, spinal injuries, ventilation needs, mental health, autistic spectrum disorders, neurological conditions etc.

Support can take form of overnight care, emergency care, respite, 1-1 care at home or even support to access activities and day care services within the community.

Our client truly are experts in their field, with many years’ experience delivering specialist services to adults and children across learning disabilities, complex care, acquired brain injury, physical disabilities, mental health and autistic spectrum disorders. Care and support is provided across supported living services, residential homes and the community.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, as the Branch Manager you will be responsible for the day to day management of the business, including administration and coordination teams, along with business development of key customer relationships with Local Authority, NHS and private commissioners of services.

A Branch Manager, will be expected to possess a good working knowledge of health and social care, particularly in relation to supported living and community-based care delivery. You will have the ability to work under pressure and work to challenging deadlines as well as strong people management skills and sound commercial understanding.

Due to the nature of this role, it is essential that you are a driver.
