Must be an experienced Manager with either a Recruitment or a Sales background, or indeed both. You must be engaging, personable, commercially minded, and passionate about delivering excellent results and driving your team to succeed through key recruitment metrics aligned to business.
* You will have excellent relationship building skills and effective communication skills.
* Manage the sales processes, calling and meeting existing and new clients and developing sales outcomes.
* Supporting and developing your team.
*Meeting and exceeding branch targets and objectives.
* You will partner and work with key senior leaders in the business.
* Leading a team of 5 recruiters.
* Influence decisions to achieve required outcomes.
* Management experience: minimum of 3 years.
* Sales experience: minimum of 3 years.
* Required licence: Driving Licence.
Job Type: Full-time/ PERMANENT
Salary: Basic £30,000.00 to £45,000.00 a year PLUS Bonus
