We have a Nationwide network of Branches and On-Sites and due to an internal promotion have an exciting opportunity for a Branch Manager to join our successful Lincoln Branch.

About the Role:

This role will involve developing a team of consultants in order to nurture existing relationships as well as identifying new opportunities in the market place.

You will help to create and lead the strategic vision for your team and share a passion for the world of recruitment.

Working closely with the Regional Director you will be an experienced billing-Manager, responsible for both building your client base as well as supporting the Branch Consultants to do the same.

You'll be a natural leader, guiding your team to build a high performing branch and coach and support them to achieve their goals and exceed your Branch targets and KPI’s.

About you:

If you are commercially aware, passionate and ambitious, with a proven track record in the recruitment industry this could be the ideal role for you.

You will be a highly motivated and results driven leader with the ability to maximise business opportunities, identify new business and convert these opportunities into sales.

You will be passionate in providing anexcellent service to all customers and candidates ensuring a first class experience to everyone you meet
