Branch Manager

A leading manufacturer is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to join their Crewe branch.

Reporting to the Area Manager your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing a business plan and sales strategy for the branch that ensures profitability in accordance with the Company KPI’s
• Building relationships and providing excellent customer service at all times
• Maintaining the customer database and ensure that information is accurate
• Reporting to the Area Manager on various aspects, such as sales, activity, pricing and performance
• Maximising profit and minimising loss in line with the branch P&L
• Assisting in the development of marketing plans
• Processing sales and stock management
• Responsible for the performance and development of all staff in their branch
• Overseeing all Health and Safety

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Experience in a similar supervisory position is advantageous
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• IT Literate
• Planning Organising and Time Management
• Building Relationships with Customers and Colleagues
• Data Analysis and Action Planning
• A full UK driving license

Hours of work are 07.30am - 17.00pm Monday to Thursday, 08.00am - 16.00pm Fridays.
