Branch Manager - Solihull - up to £35k plus Car or Car Allowance
My client is a leading, very well established, multi branch independent agent covering the Solihull and surrounding areas. They are looking to recruit a driven and ambitious candidate who is currently working as a Branch Manager in Estate Agency.
Purpose of Role:
·Manage a team of Sales Negotiator, Administrators and Valuers
·To carry out market appraisals
·To ensure that the department’s instructions are marketed and sold with maximum professionalism and efficiency.
·To secure additional business for the brand
·Seek to build the sales business by using and developing contacts and creating new opportunities.
·Build relationships with corporate clients and win large scale contracts.
·Provide a first class customer service

Skills Required:
·Proactively generate business
·Experience of pitching for business
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·Ability to lead and manage a team
·Able to quickly build rapport and long-standing relationships
·Excellent presentation skills
·Energetic and able to think on your feet, enthusiastic
·Full, clean UK driving licence
·Excellent IT skills - Microsoft Office, databases, Outlook, Excel
