Remuneration: £30,000 - £40,000neg + Quarterly & Annual bonuses

The role of the Branch Manager - Ventilation Systems will involve:

• Branch Manager position supplying a range of manufactured bespoke ventilation systems
• Predominantly you will be dealing with M&E consultants and contractors
• You will also spend time selling into end users as well as the retail & leisure industries
• Managing all aspects of the branch including distribution, customer service, HR, administration, sales and health & safety
• Develop new customer relationships within a relatively new branch whilst maintaining the existing customer base
• Typical project sizes range between £5,000 - £10,000
• Managing a tight knit team of 2 direct staff with realistic scope to expand the branch within a year

The ideal applicant will be a Branch Manager - Ventilation Systems with:

• Must have experience as a branch/ trade counter manager, would consider someone with extensive experience within an assistant role
• HVAC industry experience highly beneficial
• Proven experience of dealing with M&E consultants and contractors would be advantageous
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Determined, enthusiastic with a structured background
• Must have strong IT skills
