Up to £35,000 basic salary + commission + package.

Harrison Sands are looking to speak with ambitious industrial recruiters in and around Wigan seeking just this. The role will be working for one of our clients, a brand that we really enjoy supplying to due to their no-nonsense approach to recruitment, straight-talking manner, and the progression they offer to consultants which we have seen first-hand.
The role sits within the Wakefield branch, which although established does require further development. As Branch Manager you will have a core sales focus, developing the company's client base, focusing on team performance and billings increase, and putting together strategies for further client development in the North West.
This role will suit an industrial recruiter with 2 years + experience acting as a Senior Consultant or Team/ Branch Manager within the North West area. You must be able to evidence sales wins and billings and must be able to drive.
Our client is offering a tailored career path, a basic salary of up to £35,000 depending on experience, and a strong commission package. Because they have been able to stay solid through the pandemic they are able to offer a stable working environment, structured career progression and great visibility to the Managing Director.
