You are the type of person who takes ownership, wants to bring your personality, experience and motivation to an existing team of 3 very good recruiters and grow. Work with them; motivate, influence and pass on your expertise and recruitment industry knowledge.
As this is Education recruitment, those with aggressive sales mentalities may not be right. Its one of those markets where relationships matter. Delivery matters, and long-term candidate/client retention is the mark of a good team.
