Branch Manager - Education Recruitment

Although not the biggest, this company is good, very good. One of the most established names in Education Recruitment. More importantly, they do look after their people. They invest in more ways than one.

Part of an extremely profitable group that is private equity backed. Anybody at management level and above get shares in the company, a company that is very profitable. These shares are worth something.

There is now a new CEO, so to a point, it’s been all change. And that’s change for the better. Had the company plateaued in the past? Became stagnant? Probably fair to say if you are not pushing forwards, then you will be going backwards. Little stands still in this industry. The new CEO is passionate about what they do, involved in the business on a daily basis (not over your shoulder about call stats, but adding value to growth) that is growing year on year. No reinventing the wheel as such, but certainly investing in the people that make the company. They have a proven model that is well established in their field. They are investing in technology and upgrading offices across the UK. Most importantly, they are investing in their people.

They occasionally get you to dust off your passport and go abroad for a jolly.

Firstly, for this job, and in this location, you need to be at management or team leader level and have experience within third party agency recruitment. You are the type of person who takes ownership, wants to bring your personality, experience and motivation to an existing team of 3 very good recruiters and grow. Work with them; motivate, influence and pass on your expertise and recruitment industry knowledge.

As this is Education recruitment, those with aggressive sales mentalities may not be right. Its one of those markets where relationships matter. Delivery matters, and long-term candidate/client retention is the mark of a good team.

This is a profitable office with the remit that you can add to your team. This is a fantastic opportunity with a clear path for you to progress.

On offer is a £35-£45k basic salary; car allowance of £4.2k; bonus; shares, private health care etc, etc.
