Branch Customer Advisor

Cherry Professional are currently recruiting for a permanent Customer Service Advisor on behalf of a well-known business in the Mansfield area
Reporting into the Senior Sales Advisor you will be responsible for providing effective and exemplary Customer Service, as well as being tasked to contribute to the sales targets as part of a small and friendly team.

Responsibilities
Actively and positively promote the organisation to the customers and other external business contacts
Sell the company products and services
Provide high quality administration and process customer account changes
Outbound calls to external business contacts with products and initiatives when required
Carry out switchboard, reception and postal duties

Ideal Person
Previous face to face or telephone based Customer Service
Excellent Microsoft Office skills and knowledge
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
Travel between offices across a small part of Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire is required for this role so all applicants must have their own UK drivers licence and vehicle

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor with a confident and outgoing personality to join a small and friendly environment in an established business as they look to continue to build and develop their organisation

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Benefits: Annual bonus scheme, 22 days holiday plus 8 Bank Holiday pro rata
