We are therefore looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead and manage both existing and new aviation and non-aviation business, as well as supporting the development of staff within the branch.

You will be part of a fun, hardworking professional team who will fully support you day-to-day. This is already a highly established business; you will add to this further with your exceptional sales techniques playing a 'key part' in reaching targets through developing business with inactive and prospect clients.
You will have a proven recruitment sales track record, and be able to provide evidence of this within your previous roles. You will also be a naturally competitive, motivated individual, with lots of drive, a strong desire to succeed and a proven ability to lead a recruitment sales team. In addition, you will be a strong communicator and relationship builder.
The successful applicant will drive (with own transport) and be able to achieve or exceed agreed targets on both activity & financial billings on a weekly/monthly basis.
