We are looking for a new team member to join our team here at 1st Choice Staff Recruitment.

Responsible for meeting and greeting candidates coming in to register and answering the phone;

no two days are the same.

Daily duties will also include:

  • Preparation of assignment and interview details
  • Assisting with preparation of temporary payroll once trained
  • Posting jobs online
  • Updating candidate information onto a database
  • Dealing with incoming email correspondence
  • Working closely with the temporary and permanent desk to help resource candidates for jobs

The successful candidate will need to be:

  • Organised and able to follow procedure
  • Computer literate to include Microsoft Office
  • Friendly and approachable
  • Pro-active and able to work under own initiative
