Branch Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen in a prestigious and successful property company based in an upmarket area of North West London. Due to continued growth, our client is recruiting a Branch Administrator to join their office in North West London.

Duties:

* Providing administrative support to a busy Sales and Lettings team
* Maintaining and updating property descriptions on the website
* Organising meetings
* Diary and email management
* Acting as first point of contact for all clients and tenants
* Handling incoming calls and emails
* Typing of letters, tenancy renewals and general correspondence
* Assisting with marketing projects
* Procurement of office supplies

Skills:

* Previous Property experience
* Excellent IT skills
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Articulate and well presented
