This is a lovely role for someone who has been in a Bookkeeping position for a small, family run type business
Firstly, you MUST have your own transport as this role is in a remote location
You will be working directly for the company management team and MD-This will include all Bookkeeping duties as well as reporting, therefore strong EXCEL and SAGE is also a MUST!!
- Sales & Purchase Ledger
- Quarterly Management Accounts
- Accounts to Trial Balance
- Credit Control
- Banking & writing cheques
- Petty Cash
- Credit Card Management
- Bank Reconciliation
- VAT Returns
Adhoc Administration duties:
- Company car fleet management
- Company Insurance management
- Annual leave management
- Support on HR Administration
IT literate with EXCEL and SAGE
