Accountancy Elite have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper to join a company possessing almost 60 years experience. The ideal candidate will look after the day to day financial administration of the business in addition to working alongside external financial advisor's assisting with the preparing of monthly/yearly accounts. The ideal candidate will not only possess the required skill sets & qualifications but they will also have a real drive.
SALARY - £20,000 - £23,000 - Pro rota
START DATE - ASAP or happy to wait a notice period
·Dealing with and preparing statements for invoices, income, receipts and payments
·Completing VAT returns
·Checking that accounts are accurate
·Preparing wages and managing claims for expenses
·Helping to prepare annual accounts
·Credit control - communicating with customers through phone & email to ensure
·Deposits accounts receivables into client bank accounts
·Preparing client payroll in a timely manner to be sent to accountants to process
·Calculate and issue financial analysis of the financial statements
·Prepares appropriate schedules and reports as requested by clients and partners
·Pay any debt as it comes due for payment
·5 years previous bookkeeping experience
·AAT qualified or Degree
·Ability to work under pressure
