An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Bookkeeper to join an established property company. This role would suit someone who is a team player and happy to hands on. Our client would like someone with a personable nature who has good communication skills. Prior experience of working in a property business is highly desirable.

Duties:

    • Assisting the Finance Manager in the Production of monthly Management Accounts
    • Posting of Accruals and Prepayments
    • Assist in the preparation of Cash-flow forecasts / Cash targets
    • Purchase and Sales Ledger management
    • Identifying and liaising with suppliers regarding invoice discrepancies
    • General Ledger management
    • Bank Reconciliation
    • Support Financial Controller with month end reporting
    • Working with Financial Manager to drive process improvements
    • Implementation of process and procedures
    • Hands on, team player

Desirables:

  • Experience in the property sector
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Good system & Excel skills (ideally Qube)
