A Property client based in the heart of Canary Wharf, is looking for a Bookkeeper to join their busy team

Xero system experience is essential

Client Account using their in house systems:
New Tenancy
- Landlord Ledger - entering bills as per checklist
- Generate statements and distribute funds
- Tenant Ledger - Receipt for funds and entering bills
- Ensuring deposit funds handled correctly

Renewal Tenancy
- Raise invoices for renewal fees
- Monitor payments

Day to Day Banking
- Online banking to download previous transactions
- Upload Spread sheets
- Reconcile all transactions correctly
- Generate Landlord Statements
- Distribute funds using online banking
- Ensure all contractor invoices have been added to the system appropriately

The client is open to candidates who are willing to work either Full time or Part time
