Jenson Fisher’s accountancy & finance recruitment team is recruiting a temporary Book-keeper for an SME business north of Aberdeen. The position is due to run for a number of weeks providing full financial support, ranging from day to day transactions through to monthly reconciliations.

Duties include:

  • Raising purchase orders, issuing and coding invoices
  • Make payments of all authorised invoices by BACS or cheque
  • Keeping accurate financial records, processing income, receipts and payments
  • Reconciling monthly accounts
  • Preparing monthly salary returns and processing expense claims

Candidates looking for flexibility regarding hours will be considered, however previous use of Sage is essential.
