XERO system Bookkeepers needed for a job vacancy for a consultancy business based in central London

For this job role you will be working for an SME consultancy business specialising in people therapy in multiple languages. An established business, they have a pleasant 'family feel' working environment and are based in a relaxing residential area in central London.

Your new role
For the position of Bookkeeper, you will be looking after the finances of the business using Xero system. You will report to the Managing Director of the business and will also have to liaise with the external accounting practice. They are about to introduce Xero system to the business so they are after someone with experience with this to help with the set-up and train the other staff members. Duties will include:

  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Staff expenses
  • Petty cash
  • Making payments and providing refunds where necessary
  • Raising sales invoices
  • Credit control
  • Assisting with set up of Xero system and providing staff training
  • Dealing with finance related queries
  • General office support

What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience with Xero system and have at least 4 years experience working in a similar role to be considered for this position. You should have experience working in SME companies and have a problem solving attitude and good communication skills.
