Bookkeeper (part-time)

We have an amazing opportunity for a Bookkeeper to join a rapidly expanding organisation on a part-time basis, 18 - 25 hours over 4/5 days a week. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for maintaining accounting records and providing vital financial information to the team.

Bookkeeper Responsibilities

Your day to day duties will include:

  • Invoice management
  • Dealing with employees’ credit cards and expenses
  • Accounts receivable
  • Monitoring cash flow status and reconciling bank accounts
  • Processing and overseeing payroll

Bookkeeper Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have a good understanding of accounting principles and you will be a competent IT user, including accounting software and Excel. You will be an excellent communicator and you will have great attention to detail. You will also have great time management skills and work well under pressure. It would be advantageous if you are knowledgeable with Quickbooks.

Our client’s offices are located just outside Central Oxford (OX2)
