My client, based in Basingstoke, are now looking for an all-round, strong bookkeeper to join their friendly team. This will be a varied role which will include all aspects of accounts up to and including the preparation for month and year end. In addition this role will involve some administration and office duties.

This would be the ideal role for someone who wants to work for a small / medium sized company and have a real involvement and overview of the business.

Key Requirements / Skills;

Experience with P&L and Balance Sheet
Ability to manager Debtors and Creditors
Ability to produce a trial balance manually if required
Raising journals
Calculating accruals and prepayments
Diary management
Meeting and greeting clients when required
Maintaining the office environment and supplies
Answering ad-hoc queries from the wider team
