Bookkeeper - Immediate start
The role will be supporting 10-15 clients with all their accounting needs covering purchase and sales ledger, bank reconciliations, trial balance reconciliations, client queries, and payroll. You will need a good work ethic, and enjoy working within a small business.

Our client is a growing accountancy firm, where you will be given autonomy to manage your time and work, while being supported to progress within the firm.
Description
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Purchase ledger
- Sales ledger reconciliations
- Bank reconciliations
- Trial balance reconciliations
- Contacting clients to chase for paperwork
- Client queries
- 15 sets of payroll - basic data entry
- VAT return
You will be using a system that guides you through the process, therefore looking for candidates that have been in a similar role, with excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Profile
Candidates will need to show:
- Experience in a practice
- Xero or QuickBooks
- Minimum AAT Level 3
- Excellent work ethic
- Experience working in a similar bookkeeping role
- Flexibility to come into the office 3 days a week
