Bookkeeper and Office Manager

A fast growing technology company are looking for an experienced bookeeper and office manager to manage all aspects of their company administration and office management.

About the role:

  • Bookkeeping to trial balance
  • Processing invoices
  • Credit Control
  • Cash collection
  • Running payrolls

About you:

  • Able to pick up new systems quickly; working knowledge of Quickbooks or similar cloud accounting software desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • A self-starter; can identify what needs to be done and get on with it.
