Bookings / Follow Up Call Centre Operative

My client, a long established dealer group, are currently looking for a Customer Care/Bookings Operative, to work at their Norwich dealership.

You will be handling booking calls from customers for the whole dealer group, loading details and confirming appointments onto the company DMS. You will be making Follow Up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will be confident, friendly and have a passion for customer service. You must be accurate and take care in your work as you will be accessing and updating customer records.

You will be working in a 3 person team.

Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5.00, and Saturdays 8.30 - 12.30 on a 1 in 3 rota working in Showroom Reception.
