A superb opportunity to join an expanding care company now seeking a Bookings Administrator to join the team. Looking for an individual who ideally has experience within the care industry to bring their previous skills and knowledge.
This is a full time, permanent role based in Epsom, Surrey
Salary is £18k per annum
Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm with some flexibility required to cover weekend hours if required.
The main duties of are to:
- Deal with all incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service
- Keep the booking system up to date and accurate at all times
- Confirm bookings from clients via telephone and email
- Deal with any incoming queries relating to bookings
- Communicate with clients and customers on a regular basis to ensure information is up to date
- Update databases using Microsoft Excel
To be successful you will:
- Have administration experience within an office environment
- Be flexible to cover weekends if required
- Have experience updating databases using Microsoft Excel
