Our client has a permanent vacancy for a Bookings Administrator to join the team.
This is a varied and responsible role that is consistently versatile, interesting and challenging. You must have a strong command of the English language; you will be enthusiastic, naturally helpful and portray a professional helpful manner at all times.
Duties will include:
Allocating conference and meeting room space and ensuring the most appropriate room depending on numbers of clients, equipment and IT requirements.
Offering a consistently good level of customer service to our clients
Maintaining accurate guest data at all times
Dealing professionally with internal/external customers on the telephone and also in written correspondence
The basic hours of work are 37 hours per week working Monday to Friday on a rota basis; Shifts are generally 08:00 - 16:00, 09:00-17:00 & 10:00 - 18:00
