24-7 Language Services Ltd is a national interpreting and translations agency providing interpreting and translation services to solicitors and other companies across the UK. Our clients require our interpreters to speak a broad range of languages and attend bookings in various locations around the country.
We are seeking to recruit an experienced administrator to manage the bookings process for some of our major clients. This will require working with our clients to meet their interpreter requirements and liaise with our interpreters to fulfil each client request. This requires co-ordination to see a booking request through from beginning to end and the ability to deal with any issues and problem solving that may arise after a booking has been made. This is a very client interfacing role and requires excellent client communication skills.
We are a very busy team operating out of an office in North west London and this is an opportunity for an individual who is looking for a challenge in a lively environment. This is a full time office based role.
Liaising with clients to check their interpreter requirements, and using our interpreter database to match the client's needs.
If required, provide a quote to the client setting out our rates and what we will charge.
Dealing with any issues that may arise after a booking has been made, including cancellations, re-arrangements and complaints.
Answering general enquiries over the telephone.
Ensuring that tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Providing assistance with general administration work.
Skills and experience required:
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure and within specific timescales
High level of IT literacy and use of Excel
Good numeracy skills and attention to detail
Confident telephone manner
Strong oral and written communication skills
Problem solving skills
Excellent team work skills and a proactive approach
