This thriving Aldershot based Chartered Accountants firm is seeking a personable individual to join their small team.

Book Keeper, Payroll, VAT Returns, VAT Schemes and Excel experience are ESSENTIAL for this position.

They have 34 Companies which they payroll monthly, four weekly and quarterly, the majority being 2/3 employees but one large company of 50 employees

Skills and duties

  • Excel
  • Sage Payroll
  • Sage 50
  • Money Soft (or similar)
  • Auto enrollment pension experience
  • Quickbooks (desirable but not essential)
  • Knowledge of VAT schemes
  • Knowledge of VAT returns
  • NEST (desirable but not essential)
  • Admin duties as and when required
  • Excellent telephone manner

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday 9am - 5.30pm

Friday 8.30am - 5pm

(1 hour lunch)


Monday to Friday 9am - 3.30pm

(1 hour lunch)


£23K - £25.5K
