Book keeper/Payroll Administrator

This thriving Aldershot based accountancy firm is seeking a personable individual with book keeper and payroll experience.

They have 34 Companies which they payroll monthly, four weekly and quarterly, the majority being 2/3 employees but one large company of 50 employees

Skills and duties

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excel
  • Sage Payroll
  • Sage 50
  • Money Soft (or similar)
  • Auto enrolment pension experience
  • Quickbooks (desirable but not essential)
  • Knowledge of VAT schemes
  • Knowledge of VAT returns
  • NEST (desirable but not essential)
  • Admin duties as and when required

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday 9am - 5.30pm

Friday 8.30am - 5pm

(1 hour lunch)

OR

Monday to Friday 9am - 3.30pm

(1 hour lunch)

Salary: £23K - £25.5K
