Due to our current expansion and growth, we are currently recruiting for Smart Repairers and Bodyshop Operatives at all levels. With the incredible sales we have seen on our online platforms BCA has developed retail operations sites around the UK to meet the demand. Panel Beater

Smart Repairer

Dent Removal

Wheel Repairer

Quick Fix Operative


Salaries and shift patterns will vary depending on location.

We offer days, nights, 4 on 4 off shifts across most of our sites.

Main Role Duties:

  • Accurately and skilfully undertake all repairs according to best practice procedures in line with the role.
  • Meetacceptable safety and quality standards.
  • Interpret and implement technical instruction data.
  • Assist with general workshop tasks as and when required.
  • Report on the job card all faults or defects detected while working on the vehicle.
  • Report any additional damage found when preparing the vehicle directly to the Estimator/Workshop Supervisor.
  • If working in the Painter role, use all paint mixing schemes and drying areas/equipment accurately for all paint repairs.

The Person:

  • Good communication skills and the ability to both work as part of a team and using own initiative
  • Previous experience in one of the above roles.
  • Full valid UK driving licence is essential, held for a minimum of 2 years
  • Willing to support junior operatives and offer support/expertise when needed.
  • You will be passionate to work within the motor industry and take pride in their work, to the highest standards of work.
  • You will need to work independently on vehicles and have experience to make decisions when required
  • Keen eye for detail, professional mannerism and you must be able to work within a successful team.

Required Competencies:

  • Must hold a valid UK Driving Licence
  • Must be comfortable driving manual and automatic cars on site
