Board Level PA/Secretary

I am currently recruiting for a PA to support two directors at my client, a forward thinking public sector organisation.

The role will be based in modern offices in the City Centre of Sheffield with access to various transport links.

The organisation are going through an exciting period of change and this will be a great time to join them on the journey.

Your role will involve:

- Providing secretarial support to the Executive Directors
- Servicing meetings, including taking notes, preparing documentation, typing up and distributing
- Support with project based work
- Helping produce reports
- General support such as email monitoring, word processing etc

As the successful candidate you will:
- Have PA/Secretarial experience supporting up to director level
- Be able to work in a high pressured environment and manage your workload
- Strong IT skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

The hours of work are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm (some flexibility might be required) and the hourly rate will be between £13 and £13.50.
