- Provide support and liaise with board members
- You will be issuing and amending meeting invitations, maintaining the Board calander, administering non-executive directors expenses and travel arrangements
- Providing company secretarial support services
- Assist with statutory and regulatory processes
- Provide full administrative support to the company secretarial team
- Build, collate and maintain management information for the company secretarial team
- Support ad-hoc requests for project support
- PowerPoint, Excel, word and Outlook experience is desirable
- Previous board administrative experience is advantageous
- Extensive administrative experience
- High attention to detail along with having the ability to interact professionally with members of the Board.
