Residential Block Manager / Property Manager - Brighton - up to £32k
Our client is a long established and highly regarded independent firm of Chartered Surveyors specialising in block management.
They oversee a diverse portfolio of blocks and estates across Sussex (mainly), the wider south east generally and (to a much lesser extent) London.
As a result of portfolio growth, a residential block manager / property manager is required in their Hove office for oversight of a compact, well run and loyal block portfolio dealing with service charge matters, major works (including S20 consultation), contractor management, buildings insurance, resident correspondence, site inspections and AGM’s.
The suitable residential property manager / block manager will need to have 2 years block management experience, a strong service mentality, a stable career history and ambitions to complete professional qualifications (IRPM - which our client will fund).
Based on our clients focus on strong local knowledge, the suitable residential block manager / property manager will need to reside in or close to Hove / Brighton and be familiar with blocks/estates inherent to the area.
Salary for the successful residential block property manager will depend on their block management experience but will fall between £25-32k with increments based on tenure and performance.
Our client is one of a handful of specialist property managing agents that make up a larger block management group, so would best suit a property manager / block manager keen to work outside of "one size fits all" corporate management.
If you are an experienced, service minded, South Coast based residential block manager who would like to apply your skillset in a like-minded setting please apply now for immediate consideration and further info.
