A young Managing Agent who truly base their processes on Leaseholder satisfaction and engagement are currently searching for a new Block Manager to join their passionate, expanding team. If you’re seeking a new opportunity where the customer is at the heart of it all then this could be perfect! Their new Property Manager will build up a portfolio from their existing RMC clients and will continue to build this to around 550 units with new developments that are in the pipeline.
As their ideal new Block Manager, you’ll be able to come in and hit the ground running. Service charge budgets, major and minor maintenance works, section 20s, building insurance, health and safety compliance, Landlord and Tenant legislation and building strong relationships with Leaseholders and Contractors will make up your day to day duties as well as regular site visits and AGMs. As their new Property Manager, you’ll be confident in the above duties with the passion and work ethic to progress and this company will support you through the IRPM qualifications. You’ll be professional and organised but also able to enjoy a laugh in the office!
- At least 2 years’ Block Management experience
- Excellent customer service, communication and IT skills
- A full UK driving licence and you own vehicle
- Industry qualifications such as the IRPM or RICS
- Previous experience managing blocks with Residential Management Companies

Salary Range & Benefits
This position is offering a salary of around £35K depending on experience plus standard holiday/pension/expenses and support through further qualifications.
