Block Manager

Due to ongoing success and the demand for their services, we are now searching for a new Block Manager who is looking to join a team of likeminded professionals.

What is important to our client is that the new Property Manager be an outgoing, friendly and positive team player. The company very much work as a close-knit team, so being willing to lend a helping hand to a colleague, being a good communicator in addition to having a good sense of humour are all good things to help you be successful in this role.

The ideal candidate will have at least one years’ experience in the Block Management industry and be experienced in managing your own portfolio. For this role you will need to be proficient in the day to day management of the portfolio, including dealing with leaseholder enquiries, minor & major maintenance works, preventative maintenance, overseeing section 20 notices, creating and managing service charge budgets, conducting AGM’s and so on.

You will need to be extremely customer focused, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service at all times. Their portfolio continues to grow due to the excellent service that they ensure is provided. Minimum Requirements

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Positive Outgoing Personality
  • Good Communicator & Team Player
  • At Least 1 Year BM Experience
  • Driving Licence & Vehicle
  • Good Financial Management
  • Good Presentation Skills
  • Organised with Good Timekeeping

Salary, Benefits & Working Hours

On offer is a salary between £22,000 - £26,000 PA dependent on your industry experience. There is a terrific opportunity to grow and progress your career with a company who truly value their staff. They train all employees through IRPM qualifications and also offer you the time to study and learn with other team members. The working hours are Mon - Fri, 9am-5pm, with an hour lunch break. Time in lieu is also offered for evening work (AGM’s).
