*Receipt and dispatch of blades into the workshop iaw RBL process and as directed by the production manager
*Responsible for ensuring all maintenance activities are carried out using correct and up to date company procedures, and standards required by the civil aviation authority
*Responsible for ensuring compliance to RBL and UK HSE procedural compliance
*Maintain a complete record of individual day to day blade repair carried out
*Maintain all training as directed by the quality manager and production manager
*Perform composite repairs on aircraft components in accordance with FAA and OEM requirements
*Rotor blade repair activities include sanding, cleaning, and blade specific maintenance
*Minor repairs and balancing of Main and Tail rotor blades
*Assisting with audits as required
*Supporting and contributing to all local and companywide metrics
