I am currently recruiting for a City & Guilds, Edexcel, EAL, and RoApt accredited UK training provider that specialise in LEAN and Business Improvement techniques.
A willingness to travel and stay overnight when required is a must for successful applicants going forwards for this position. Your clients and learners will be based in Wales and the West Midlands. Initially this may require further travel to more north/south locations whilst caseloads are built up for yourself and other trainers on the team.
Taking a needs-based approach, this training provider delivers bespoke training, either in house, or on location, to improve the skill set of staff throughout the business, all the way from new starters to senior management. Through the transfer of knowledge and skills, this specialised training and assessment company, aim to make a sustainable impact on business performance.
What do we need from you?
Your drive, expertise and experience.
Using your drive and passion for Business Improvement and LEAN, you will draw on your own previous experience within industry, whether engineering, manufacturing or more, and provide expert training to learners throughout their apprenticeship journey.
Ideally you’ll have experience in delivering up to BIT level 3, and Management level 3. There may well be blend of delivering both of these qualifications in some cases. Your learners will be of all levels, from shop floor to senior management, so a range of delivery techniques is needed.
£30,000 - £35,000 p.a.
- NVQ L3 BIT or equivalent
- Assessors award or Teaching qualifiction
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- LEAN Six Sigma accreditation
- Management L3 (or above) qualification
