A-level Biology teacher needed for Maternity cover to start in January 2021 - full time - Outstanding school

Hays Education are working alongside an Outstanding school in Walsall who are looking to recruit a Biology teacher to cover a MAT leave. Biology is a highly successful and popular subject at GCSE and A-Level so you must be confident in teaching all key stages (KS3, KS4 and KS5). Feedback from teachers who have attended the school in the past have commented on how well behaved, motivated and passionate the students are.

This is a full-time position to start in January 2021.

Your new role
In your new secondary teaching job you will be expected to plan interesting and challenging Science lessons that will engage pupils and you will have the natural ability to deliver them with confidence and enthusiasm. You will be teaching all key stages from KS3 to KS5.

The role is available to start from January 2021.

What you'll need to succeed

  • In order to be successful you will need to have qualified teacher status.
  • You must be available to start in January 2021 and commit to the full MAT cover.
  • You must have a high quality of teaching and have previous experience of working with high ability groups, as well as excellent relationship building skills.
  • You will must be experienced teaching A Level Biology.
