The school are looking for a Biology Graduate who has strong subject knowledge and the ability to translate difficult scientific content into tangible learning. You will be confident in forming relationships with pupils and will act as a positive role model that reflects the school’s respectable ethos. Leading your own sessions, you’ll have the power to dictate how you deliver the curriculum to your pupils!
Responsibilities of the Biology Graduate
> Establish productive working relationships with students, acting as a role model and setting high expectations
> Within an agreed system of supervision and within a pre-determined lesson framework, teach small groups or whole groups.
> Deliver learning activities to students within agreed system of supervision, adjusting activities according to student responses/needs.
