We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to join a fast-paced Delegated Authority team in our client's London office.

In this role, you will be responsible for servicing accounts in an efficient manner as well as supporting your peers to help them to meet client demands and needs in order to achieve increased renewal retention rate and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
·Assist in the production of new binding authority contracts as well as the renewal process.
·Identification of new business opportunities for existing Clients
·Liaise with Brokers to ensure terms negotiated with the market meet with your/Clients objectives
·Ensure all customer details are recorded accurately and entered onto system in a timely fashion
·Assist in the RFP process as directed by senior team members
·Deal with Insurer queries in relation to our clients Binding Authorities
·Handling Bordereau
·Handling FDO queries
·Use of BARS
·Use and understanding of Lloyd's Tools for Coverholders
·Loss Ratio analysis
·Assist with customer queries relating to existing contracts and liaise with insurers regarding potential changes and new terms for policies
·Load contracts and endorsements onto our Broker Management system
·Prepare meeting notes from minutes and ensure any points are actioned by yourself and/or your team within the Standard Operating Procedures and guidelines
·Secure delivery of contract documentation from Insurers and check prior to approval and release by Account Executive
·Deal with general account
