Young, social practice with an array of new, exciting projects is looking for a BIM Coordinator
Your new company
Currently at around the 50 staff strong in the Manchester studio; this rising star of the North West Architecture scene has been in the press for their passion for design, care to their clients and professionalism of their service. With strong growth forecasts and the pipeline of work to go with it, this is an exciting time to join the practice, to develop with them and grow your BIM expertise to new levels.
Your new role
You will be directly reporting to the studio's BIM Manager, and you'll be responsible for the coordination of multiple Revit models from various disciplines in the design teams and consultants, and joining them into the single federated model. You'll be making use of Navisworks to avoid clashes, and you'll also be the technical go-to person for all queries on the software. You'll also be leading training and coaching sessions with other teams on the use and development of BIM and Revit.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be familiar with BIM Protocols set up, family creation, and BIM templates, and have an expert understanding of Revit software and live use of Navisworks. Ideally you'll already be functioning somewhat as a BIM Coordinator, maybe alongside your current role, and are looking to grow your BIM career.
What you'll get in return
This is the ideal time to join a technologically advanced company that have been implementing BIM and Revit for a number of years on their projects. You will have unprecedented training, development and progression opportunities, as well as getting to work in high quality offices, with a really fun and supportive team.
