Description

Financial Responsibilities:

Liaising with all customers dealing with enquires quickly and efficiently

Liaising internally with the wider finance and operational teams on customer invoicing matters

Update on customer items in Net suit with drive customer billing

Setting up new customers, new services (RFC's, amendments, addenda) in Netsuite

Assistance with customer monthly billings cycles

Profile

Experience of working in international billing

Understanding or desire to learn about VAT and US Sales tax and how it works across separate states

Price awareness in relation to the invoice process

Experience of NetSuite or similar financial systems

Good Excel knowledge

Attention to detail in a high pressure environment

Quick Learner and efficient

Strong Interpersonal and Communication
