Our client specialise in energy metering & billing, maintenance and on-going management of communal heating and hot water systems for apartments and communal housing schemes. They offer a range of billing services to their clients, from providing meter reading data for consumers they can produce their own bills through to complete revenue management billing services to provide consumers with a fully itemised energy bill. Customer service is very important to them. They are committed to providing a professional, first class service to match their customers’ needs. Ensuring that they respond to customer queries or complaints quickly and effectively.
Summary of Main Responsibilities and Activities:

·To be the first point of contact for Metering and Billing business
·Taking and redirecting enquiries where necessary
·Successfully resolve all general queries
·Log all enquiries and conversations on our client database
·Log any complaints and follow the timely complaints procedure
·All diarised activities must be completed within agreed timescales.
·Generate letters and final bills to consumers
·Produce outgoing invoices to our clients
·Taking consumer payments via our Worldpay service
·Allocate payments received to the customer records
·Ad-hoc admin duties where required
·Any other task required to fulfil the role

·Must be able to work as part of a small team and the ability to work on own initiative
·Ability to absorb and interpret relevant product knowledge
·Good organisational and administrational skills
·Able to work under pressure
