You will be responsible for providing financial and administrative accuracy in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations. This role will be looking at an immediate start.
The client is a successful business based in Peasedown St John.
The key responsibilities will include but be limited to:
Responsible for accurate and timely preparation of charges
Production of bills either through the financial system or paper bills where necessary
Carry out weekly/monthly bank reconciliation.
Prepare all cash and cheque payments for payment into the banks in accordance with the company's financial controls.
- Ad hoc admin work
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Strong background in transactional finance, both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
- High attention to detail
- Excellent MS Office Skills including Excel and Word
- Excellent telephone and communication skills
- A good team player
- Positive working attitude, to help improve existing processes.
The client is offering a competitive rate of pay £20,000-21,000, and a Fantastic working environment.
