NC Associates are currently in partnership with a global institution, who are on the look out for an experienced Billing Assistant to join their diverse and highly collaborative team.

The main focus of the role will be to ensure timely and accurate consolidated billing to clients; ensuring invoices and timesheets are sent to clients via their preferred method.
Other duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Manage neutral vend billing processes
- Open sales ledger accounts
- Meeting with clients and key contacts where necessary
- Escalate debt issues and concerns
- Investigate and resolving queries
To be successful in this role, you must be able to demonstrate experience in a fast moving and change environment, you will also have previous experience in a sales ledger or billing role; you will have the ability to work to targets and deadlines and analyse financial data, as well as communicating with stakeholders.
