Edward Mann are recruiting for a fantastic Public Relations business based in Central London. My client are searching for an ambitious and smart individual to join the billings team and develop their experience within an exciting business and accounts team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Raising client sales invoices
  • Assist with Month end reconciliations
  • Management of internal and external invoice queries including work in progress (WIP)
  • Responsible for ensuring third party costs are correctly applied to sales invoices
  • Ensure accuracy on all outgoing documents
  • Raising and processing credit notes when required
  • Other Ad Hoc projects

Required Skills

  • Working knowledge of Excel
  • Good written and verbal communication skills to deal with queries in a polite and professional manner
  • Organised, strong attention to detail and proactive, hands-on team player
