Billings admin - Grangemouth
IPS Finance are currently working alongside a national business with offices based in Grangemouth seeking a billings administrator to act as a point of contact for the firm's clients, helping them with queries and completing a variety of day to day tasks within the billings department.
Main duties of the position:
- Raising of invoices and credit notes
- Liaise directly with clients and resolve various queries
- Issuing of payslips
- Prepare payment reports
- Ad hoc finance duties
Applicants will come from a finance background and have experience in a similar position.
No qualifications are essential for this position.
Salary: £19,000 - £22,000
