About the role
The role is responsible for supporting the on-boarding of new customers through engagement with BID process. Become SME in relation to billing questions for new opportunities, helping to identify standard billing set up and setting expectations around more complex solutions.
Work with operational teams to define billing solutions and support set up through to first invoice. Manage continuous improvement activities within a team in Billing Services to increase customer satisfaction, improve cross-functional relationships and working practices, and ensure Billing Services colleague awareness and understanding of our customers’ businesses across the operation.
Act as key interface between the Billing Services and Vodafone Commercial and Service Teams supporting introduction of new customers/services to the Billing Services team and ensuring best practices are adhered to.
Key Skills and Experience
- Knowledge of Vone C would be highly desirable
- Strong communication skills both written and verbally
- Highly analytical
- Good experience of MS Office systems including Excel
- Experience in Billing would be desirable
- Pays close attention to detail
- Resilience and the ability to work under pressure to meet pressing deadlines / SLAs
